✔ Step 3: Does septic or sewer support it?
✔ Step 4: Is there city sewer available?
✔ Step 5: Is fresh water capacity sufficient?
✔ Step 6: Does the land meet environmental standards?
✔ Step 7: Can electrical handle new load?
✔ Step 8: Is the topography buildable?
✔ Step 9: Does the county allow expansion?
✔ Step 10: Have you spoken with an engineer?
If any of these fail — no expansion.
