- Staff and payroll structure
- Vendor list
- Reservation system reports
- Occupancy data
- Expense detail
- Insurance history
- Licenses and permits
- Septic system records
- Well logs and testing history
- Electric schematics (if available)
- Sewer diagrams (if available)
- Site maps
- Engineering documents
- Inventory lists (if applicable)
Buyers should expect that older parks may not have everything neatly organized — that’s normal.
