LESSON 1 — THE CORRECT ORDER OF EVENTS

Here is the proper sequence when buying a campground:

  1. Get qualified as a buyer
  2. Review initial summary (Tier 1)
  3. Ask reasonable pre-offer questions
  4. Decide if it fits your criteria
  5. Submit an LOI or PSA with contingencies
  6. THEN begin full due diligence
  7. Conduct inspections & tours after the offer is signed
  8. Finalize financing
  9. Close & transition

Most buyers try to skip from Step 2 → Step 7.
This module prevents that.
