Here is the proper sequence when buying a campground:
- Get qualified as a buyer
- Review initial summary (Tier 1)
- Ask reasonable pre-offer questions
- Decide if it fits your criteria
- Submit an LOI or PSA with contingencies
- THEN begin full due diligence
- Conduct inspections & tours after the offer is signed
- Finalize financing
- Close & transition
Most buyers try to skip from Step 2 → Step 7.
