LESSON 3 — CABINS & LODGING

Cabins can either BOOST profit — or drain it — depending on how they’re managed.

Basic camping cabins

Sleeping only. Low utilities. Minimal cleaning.

Deluxe cabins

Kitchen + bathroom. Higher rates ($100–$250+ per night).
More revenue but more labor + utilities.

Park models (tiny home style)

Highest demand
Best for shoulder seasons
Great for couples + families

What buyers MUST know:

Cabins require:

  • Cleaning
  • Inspections
  • Repairs
  • Turnover
  • Higher insurance

But they dramatically increase revenue PER ACRE.
