Evaluate rates

Do NOT increase yet.
But analyze:

  • Seasonal rates
  • Daily vs weekend pricing
  • Competitor comparisons
  • Occupancy vs capacity

Start a “Guest Feedback Log”

Use this to track:

  • What guests love
  • What they complain about
  • What they request

Trends will guide your future improvements.

Begin staffing adjustments

Add structure, not disruption.

  • Clear responsibilities
  • Clear schedules
  • Clear expectations

If someone is toxic, lazy, or destructive — replace them quietly, not dramatically.

Review marketing

Check:

  • Google Business Page
  • Facebook presence
  • Listing platforms
  • Reviews
  • Park photos

Prepare improvements for Month 3.
